I am Dominik Almanzar, CEO of Lou Al & Company. I believe that through engaging in purposeful communication we all gain clarity as to what is the true focus and purpose behind your project needs. I have a long history in business management as well as an extensive background in project management. After spending years in sales and developing some of the most impactful relationships that I have been so blessed to receive, I decided it was time to take what I know best, service and deliver it in a way that would represent our family name for years to come. I am confident that with our advanced knowledge and professional approach we are the right team to deliver the results that you expect.

I am Luis Almanzar, President of Lou Al & Company. I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the states when I was 12 years old. I have a passion for family. That same passion is what drives me when serving you. I attended Ft Steilacoom Community College in Washington State and graduated with a degree in business management. I worked as a contractor specializing in woodwork and carpentry throughout my years living in the northwest. Those experiences helped me learn a lot about other trades along the way and I use all of that when managing our projects here at Lou Al & Company. I work side by side with my family and have all faith our team will be a great fit for you.

Hi, I’m Toni Almanzar, Vice President of Lou Al & Company. My father, step-father, and husband were all in the military. I loved military life and although I was an only child I never lacked friends. Being on an army base is like being surrounded by one giant family. Through my life on military bases I was able to learn all about discipline, resilience, integrity and dependability. I was taught duty and honor for this country at a very young age. I have a background in leadership and administration from various public school systems in Washington and Georgia. In my field, customer service and safety were always our two top priorities. Through this I was able to build a lot of relationships with students and parents and I look forward to forming those same relationships with you. I am excited to assist you in achieving your goals and look forward to serving you.

Hi, I am Genevieve Almanzar, the Office Manager at Lou Al & Company. I am from the Pacific Northwest and nothing makes me happier than spending time with my family. I have a background in customer service and a degree in business management. I always strive to provide a smooth and fun experience for our clients. I look forward to working with you and accommodating all of your needs.
